At Tattva Paws, every Pet Reiki session is prepared with care, intention and dedicated time for you and your companion. This policy explains how bookings, cancellations, rescheduling requests and refunds are handled to ensure fairness for everyone.
By booking a session through Tattva Paws, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once:
- Your booking form has been successfully submitted.
- Full payment has been received.
- You receive a confirmation email from Tattva Paws.
Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate, particularly your email address and details about your companion.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as early as possible.
Where reasonably possible, we will happily work with you to arrange another suitable date and time.
Requests received after a scheduled session has begun or after the healing session has already been prepared may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Cancellation by You
If you decide to cancel your booking before your session has been scheduled or prepared, you may contact us to discuss your options.
Refund requests are assessed individually, taking into consideration the preparation already completed for your session.
Once a scheduled Pet Reiki session has commenced or has been delivered, refunds generally cannot be provided due to the personalised nature of the service.
Cancellation by Tattva Paws
If we are unable to provide your scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose either:
- A full refund; or
- A mutually agreed rescheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
Because Pet Reiki is a personalised professional service rather than a physical product, refunds are generally not available once preparation for your session has begun or the session has been delivered.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Distance Reiki Sessions
Most Tattva Paws sessions are conducted remotely (distance healing).
The effectiveness of a session cannot be guaranteed or measured in the same way as a physical product.
Pet Reiki is intended to support your companion’s overall wellbeing and should never be considered a guaranteed treatment or cure.
Veterinary Care
Pet Reiki is a complementary holistic practice.
It is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency medical care.
If your companion requires urgent veterinary attention, please contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.
Subscription & Ongoing Support Plans
Where ongoing support packages are offered, the agreed plan duration, inclusions and scheduling will be explained before your sessions begin.
Any applicable cancellation or early termination arrangements for ongoing plans will be communicated during the booking process.
Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your booking or payment, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute.
Our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly, respectfully and promptly.

Client Responsibility
Guardians or Pet Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their companion, including behavioral concerns, relevant medical history and any other details that may help prepare for the session. Providing complete and truthful information enables us to offer the most appropriate support for your companion.
